special dish: ikan patin kukus

hello everyone. in this entry, i'd like to share with you guys about this special dish when i was on my holiday trip. we headed back to kl on monday afternoon. our last destination was temerloh again. my pak long suggest us to have a dinner at this restaurant:

actually this is an accommodation place. but they got a restaurant here. restoran rumah rehat temerloh is a chinese restaurant but halal. then we decided to had ikan patin kukus, tom yam, sayur kailan ikan masin, and sayur campur for our dinner.

OMG! the taste of ikan patin kukus was bloody delicious! the fish wasn't rancid at all! very creative cook method! this is the first time we had something like this! ikan patin in temerloh is freshly catch from the river ok. also got the sangkar one. but very different taste and quality with the bela one. must try if you come to temerloh ok?
